Return Eligibility
We offer a free return service for all eligible products. Customers may initiate a return request within 60 days upon receiving their ordered items. To be eligible for a return, products must be in original unused condition, with original packaging intact, and free from artificial damage, stains, or excessive wear.
Return Process
All return applications must be submitted through the official contact channel on our Contact page. Customers need to provide valid order information and relevant product condition descriptions for return review. Our customer service team will verify the application and provide formal return guidance within a reasonable processing period.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received, inspected, and confirmed to meet return requirements, the official refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 business days and will be returned via the original payment method used for the order.
Ineligible Returns
Products that have been used, damaged artificially, altered, or without complete original packaging are not eligible for return. Customized products and clearance products that are marked non-returnable are also excluded from the return policy.
